The Talent Acquisition & Inclusion Coordinator will support our Talent Acquisition (TA) and DEI initiatives. This role will work with the DEI and TA leadership to support in creating best in class TA experience and building an inclusive culture. As our Talent Acquisition & Inclusion Coordinator, you will work on:

• Assist DEI leadership in research and organization of DEI content, and external recruitment partners and best practices
• Responsible for external University Relations and internal DEI event planning and logistics
• Draft communication and materials and assist in a range of People & Culture projects & Initiatives
• Track and contribute to TA and DEI project plans
• Support team in drafting power point presentations, storytelling, and graphics
• Project manage and coordinate DEI & TA surveys and awards submissions in collaboration with Communications team
• Utilize strong written and oral communication skills to enhance TA & DEI deliverables
• Displays good judgment with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately and with tact
• Responsible for Agency dashboard and contracts

Required

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
• Excellent customer service, problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to create presentations and provide insights based on data sets that helps determine trends and highlights areas of attention
• Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
• Attention to details, anticipating needs and collaborative approach

Preferred

• Prior experience with BI and/or supporting a DEI or HR function
