Day-to-day sales operations of Lladró boutique includes store opening & closing. Is responsible for Retail Sales and customer service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Retail Sales – Should be excellent in it Ensuring highest degree of customer service and in-store experience Understand customer needs and delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty Build a long-term relationship with the customer Work accurately following standard operating procedures and with an eye for detail Build in-depth knowledge of the product line, the price ranges and particular specifications relating to the product Ensuring brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards are met with Executing weekly sales plans, delivering needed results Expanding Customer Database - Data to be well collected, updated & maintained Defining actions to attract new customers and old customers more often JOB PROFILE · Education. Bachelor Degree / Diploma · Experience : 2 - 4 yrs of retail sales operational experience with luxury / Premium Brand · Languages : Fluent English & HindiJob tags
