Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multiple projects within the program, aligning them with broader objectives.
- Provide regular program status updates.
- Manage resources effectively across enterprise-wide projects.
- Serve as a primary contact for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate to ensure business execution aligns with program goals.
- Uphold standards and best practices across projects.
- Address cross-project dependencies and conflicts.
- Formulate and adapt program-level strategies.
- Promote continuous improvement and knowleg sharing.
- Manage program-level risks
Qualification:
- Graduate + MBA (Preferred)
- Proven experience in program management / Project management / Credit/Risk within the retail or financial sector.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Experience in strategic planning and risk management.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Desired Skillset:
- PMO certification (eg, PMP, PgMP) is preferred not Mandatory
- Proficient in project management software such as JIRA.
- Familiarity with Loan Onboarding System/Customer Journey / Internal User Journey
