As the Head of School, you will provide leadership in establishing educational policies, overseeing operations, and guiding the overall development & management of the school.
■Job details:
【Establishment of Educational Policies】
・Formulate strategies to establish the school's educational policies and enhance its position as an international educational institution.
【Supervision of Operations】
・Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, leading initiatives for the improvement of educational programs and facilities.
【Leadership of Education Staff】
・Lead the guidance and development of school staff, contributing to the creation of an excellent educational environment.
【Management of International Education Experience】
Utilize international education experience to promote cross-cultural education within the school.
【Role as School Representative】
・Represent the school to external agencies, parents, and the community, fostering collaboration.
【Budget Formulation and Management】
Develop the school's budget and manage resources appropriately.
【Responsible for Administration & Profitability】
Manage administrative functions & profitability of the School.
■Mandatory qualifications
・Fluent communication skills in English
・Experience of working as a School Manager or Coordinator or Principal, ・Experience of international education, either as a Teacher or as a Manager ・Academic & Administrative skills to manage a School
・Capabilities of representing the School to external agencies & Parents ・Flexibility, cooperation, and proficiency in cross-cultural communication.
■Desired qualifications
・Knowledge / training / certification of International Baccalaureate
