Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Supervisor to join our team at Podar Education Network. As a Franchise Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of our franchise locations. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the field. The role is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in franchise management
- Knowledge of early childhood education (ECCED)
- Experience in training and supervising staff
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills
- Ability to travel to franchise locations
- Event planning and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in generating reports and analyzing data
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations and management of franchise locations
- Ensure compliance with Podar Education Network's standards and guidelines
- Conduct regular visits to franchise locations and provide guidance and support to franchisees
- Assist in the development and implementation of franchise training programs
- Monitor franchise performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Coordinate franchise events and workshops
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to franchise management
- Generate reports and analyze franchise data to identify areas of improvement
- Maintain strong relationships with franchisees and address any issues or concerns
