Job description

Experience should have 3 years to 7 years. Application Support Experience of L1/L2 level. Exposure to Production Support 24/7 Environment. Experience or knowledge on

Unix, Shell Scripting, Java, SQL, MQ and Cloud. Experience in

Incident Management, Escalations. Exposure to

Monitoring Tools

like

App Dynamics, Moogsoft, Thousand Eyes, Orion, Service Now, Grafana, Splunk, Kibana. Should have experience with

Distributed Application Monitoring and Automation . Good communication skill. Should be

willing to work in USA time zone, 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM EST time . Roster based shift which will include working on Saturday/Sunday too. Immediate joiners only.
