Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager located in Chittoor. The Area Manager will be responsible for monitoring and managing the performance of manpower supplyon daily basis, handling client relationships, conducting training sessions for new deployment personnel, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Area Manager will also be responsible for managing daily operations, including maintaining infrastructure, scheduling, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Experience in handling client relationships and resolving disputes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of security-related technology and equipment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
