Job description

We are in search of an adept Assistant General Manager (AGM) Marketing with a profound understanding of the pharmaceutical industry particularly in infant nutrition. The ideal candidate should possess 1215 years of extensive marketing experience showcasing strategic leadership and success in branding within the pharma sector.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Devise and execute robust marketing strategies aimed at expanding market presence and brand recognition within the pharmaceutical domain specifically in infant nutrition.

Lead the development of strategic marketing plans encompassing product positioning pricing strategies and targeted promotional campaigns.

Collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and overarching business objectives driven by innovation and technological advancements in infant healthcare.

Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to discern trends consumer behaviors and competitive positioning guiding strategic marketing decisions.

Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing materials including sales collateral advertising campaigns and digital content aligning with companys commitment to cuttingedge infant healthcare solutions.

Manage budgets forecast ROI and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using KPIs and analytical metrics.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals distributors and industry thought leaders leveraging companys pioneering solutions.

Preferred Knowledge & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field. MBA preferred.

1215 years of progressive experience in marketing or branding within the pharmaceutical industry especially in infant nutrition.

Demonstrated success in devising and executing impactful marketing strategies contributing significantly to brand growth and market expansion.

Strong analytical acumen with the ability to translate market research data into actionable insights.

Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities fostering collaboration and innovation.

Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment.

Strong people management skills coaching and sales development expertise.

Familiarity with MS Office suite particularly adept at handling PowerPoint and Excel.
