Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Digital Marketer to join our team at Blue Matrix Connect. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies
- Proficiency in SEO techniques and best practices
- Experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques and tools
- Knowledge of online marketing platforms such as Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms
- Create and manage content for social media channels
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for improved search engine rankings
- Monitor and analyze website performance and user behavior using web analytics tools
- Generate and nurture leads through effective lead generation campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts
