Core Role Responsibilities:

Deploying, automating, maintaining and managing AZURE cloud based production system, to ensure the availability, performance, scalability and security of productions systems.

Build, release and configuration management of production systems.

Pre-production Acceptance Testing to help assure the quality of our products / services.

System troubleshooting and problem solving across platform and application domains.

Suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements.

Evaluate new technology options and vendor products.

Deployment Through Azure DevOps on both Prod and Non Prod Servers

WMS Application Support (APP and Web Servers)

Handling Release time line and Change Requests for WMS

Voice Console Deployment

Database Refresh Requests

Handling Environment Requests JIRA Cards

Document CreationMaintenance On Confluence

Required Skills And Experience

AZURE: 4+ years experience with using a broad range of AZURE technologies (e.g. EC2, RDS, ELB, EBD, S3, VPC, Glacier, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS) to develop and maintain an Microsoft AZURE based cloud solution, with an emphasis on best practice cloud security.

DevOps: Solid experience as a DevOps Engineer in a 24x7 uptime AZURE environment, including automation experience with configuration management tools.

Scripting Skills: Strong scripting (e.g. Python) and automation skills.

Experience in Terraform, Cloud formation, Puppet and Jenkins is MUST.

Operating Systems: Windows and Linux system administration.

Monitoring Tools: Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g. Zabbix & ELK stack).

Problem Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues.

Networking: Understanding network topologies and common network protocols and services (DNS, SSH, FTP, SMTP).

  • To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
