The Senior DataPower Admin works to implement, monitor, measure, provide support, and report on performance, capacity and overall DataPower.
Champion innovative approaches that transform our technological capabilities. Play a key role in developing a culture of collaboration while enhancing the customer experience.
The Senior DataPower Admin takes appropriate action to meet or exceed the service level agreements with our clients and external partners, interfacing directly with various lines of business in moderately complex/critical environments to understand business requirements and implements and supports system solutions to support their requirements.
Identifies gaps, issues and best practices through proactive monitoring of components and tools deployed globally.
Under the guidance of a senior analyst, contributes to the unit's objectives by actively engaging in projects and operating as a DataPower subject matter. (1.) Provides guidance on how his area of capability can resolve an organizational need and actively participates in all phases of the solution life cycle. Design Solutions and best practices to meet clients objective. (2.) Work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data (3.) Depending on the work environment, the subject matter expert may lead or be an active participant of a work-group with the need for specialized knowledge. (4.) Meet all agreed-upon turnaround times for deliverables, deliverable reviews, or deliverable sign-off (5.) Understands, articulates and implements best practices related to his area of expertise.
