Job description
- Conduct Sprint Planning Daily Scrum Retrospectives Demos and other Scrumrelated meetings.
- Identify and remove impediments or guide the team to address obstacles promptly.
- Collaborate closely with the product owner in backlog grooming management and ensuring the continuous delivery of features.
- Implement and optimize Scrum processes using Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) JIRA or other project management tools.
- Monitor team tasks daily in the project management tool.
- Provide servant leadership and Scrum coaching to both technical and nontechnical team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously monitor and improve Scrum processes to enhance team efficiency.
- Demonstrate a keen attention to detail and the ability to resolve issues at lower levels if required.
- Utilize strong communication negotiation influencing and conflict resolution skills.
- Engage in effective client interfacing and lead the team as a Scrum Master.
- Demonstrate a selflearning attitude and the ability to take initiative.
- Possess good communication and documentation skills for preparing highlevel documents such as SRS (Software Requirements Specification) and SDD (Software Design Document).
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) JIRA etc.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Effective communication and documentation skills.
Requirements: Minimum 1 to 2+ years of experience in game development, specifically in Unreal Engine. Candidates proficient in Unity3D and willing to transition to Unreal Engine will also be considered. Extensive experience working on multiplayer games, understanding the challenges and intricacies involved in developing interactive online gaming experiences. Strong knowledge of vector math and linear algebra, enabling you to implement advanced game mechanics and physics simulations. Proficiency in OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms, ensuring clean and efficient code. Solid programming skills in C++ or C#, with the ability to write optimized and maintainable code. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and devise innovative solutions to technical challenges. Familiarity with agile and Scrum development methodologies, understanding the importance of iterative development, frequent releases, and continuous improvement. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
