This setup enables them to produce and supply highly efficient N-type Topcon and P-type Mono Perc PV Modules.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Production Engineer in Karjan. The Senior Production Engineer will be responsible for production engineering, oversight of production planning, quality control, and analytical skills to improve plant systems and processes. The Senior Production Engineer will also be responsible for effective communication with cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of Experience in the Production/Manufacturing of PV Solar MBB Module Auto line
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial technology, or a related field
• Strong production engineering skills with experience developing effective production plans and ensuring quality control
• Analytical skills to identify areas for improvement in plant systems and processes
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional groups and stakeholders
• Experience in the solar industry is a plus
• Experience in using data and metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Ability to identify and solve complex production issues

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include project management experience and proficiency in relevant software tools.
