About the team

At slice we are building our cards team. The team is tasked to reimagine the merchant integration to enhance the payment experience and transaction success rate of slice customers through multiple initiatives. The team will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of slice's card offerings ensuring 100% transaction success rate for our customers.

About the role

slice is looking for Senior Operations Executive - Merchant Transactions who are passionate about solving digital payment problems for young Indians. What You will do

• Identifying possible bottlenecks across the end-to-end transaction journey (right from merchant to payment gateway to acquirer bank to payment networks such as RuPay,Visa, etc.)
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders' (NBFC Partners,Merchants, Payment Gateways) and liaising with them to develop sustainable solutions to ensure transaction success across customer facing merchants such as Zomato, Swiggy, Tinder etc.
• Creating process flows and maintaining daily dashboards/MIS to track key success metrics at every point of the funnel.

What you will need

• You have 2-3 years of experience in payments and in dealing with online merchants across tech space such as e-commerce, food delivery companies etc.
• You have excellent verbal communication,excel skills and SQL skills with a talent for precise articulations across multiple partners
• You love collaborating and building relationships with vendors/partners
• You have resolved merchant related or consumer facing issue and have a history of delivering on key KPIs in a high growth B2C/B2B organization (not mandatory but added advantage)
