Position Summary:

The person will be responsible for Talent Acquisition, Employee On-boarding & Induction, Employee Exit, Employee Development, and Employee Queries & Grievances.

KRA’s for this position would be: Talent Acquisition Coordinate for hiring approvals, exceptional approvals, comp approvals, offer letters, etc. Completing ad hoc requirements of UH/BH/RH with respect to employee related details. FLS Hiring - tracking manning through regular conference calls and interaction with Office Heads. Hiring dashboard to be published to all Office Heads. Use effective talent acquisition tools online and offline tools to close positions for your regions and effective stakeholder management. Follow ups with campus, driving employee referral program, NAUKRI.com & other web options, Consultant etc.

Employee On-boarding & Induction Ensure timely completion of joining formalities of candidates like filling of joining kit and complete the documentations and send the same to HO for processing. Conduct a day training session for candidates on same day of joining. Post joining formalities like, follow up with HO for E. Code, and follow up with employee in updating of bank account details on Megasoft for salary processing. Background verification: liaison with the BGV team, completion of documents as per the BGV requirement with the employee Attendance management of off-role employees to ensure timely payouts. Direct handling of onboarding at OH and above level Check with HO for salary hold cases, if pendency has been completed, then HO payroll team can issue salary cheque specifically for new joinee cases.

Employee Exits Timely processing of Exit cases, basis which the candidate will receive timely FnF. Checking the related FnF queries and revert to candidates, in case pending since long, then check with HO team. To handle queries, related to relieving letter and follow ups with HO HR Team. Guide employee about process to withdraw / transfer of their EPF amount. Exit management: Completion of NDC, taking approvals as per requirement, handling queries of ex-employees Updation of termination details on system for respective employees, sharing letters with them.

Employee Development Conduct HR Sessions in different training sessions. Training and handholding of new joinees Create awareness on various HR policies and processes through emailers / and face-to face interactions during branch visits and team meetings. Regular interaction with the top performers to motivate them and ensure retention.
