Job description
We are currently seeking for talented and experienced Freelance Content Writers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in writing engaging and informative SEO-friendly blog posts specifically in the staffing/recruitment niche. This is a remote position, and you will be compensated on a cost-per-word basis.
Responsibilities: · Research and create high-quality, original content in the staffing/recruitment industry. · Produce well-structured, engaging, and informative blog posts, articles, and other written materials. · Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and tailor content to their interests and needs. · Collaborate with the marketing team to generate content ideas and strategies. · Conduct thorough research to ensure the accuracy and credibility of the information provided. · Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings. · Meet deadlines and deliver content according to project requirements. Requirements: · Proven experience as a content writer, specifically in the staffing/recruitment niche (preferred). · Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and punctuation. · Strong research skills to gather relevant information and produce authoritative content. · Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices. · Ability to write in a conversational and engaging tone while maintaining professionalism. · Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills. · Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and online research tools. · A portfolio of published articles or blog posts related to staffing/recruitment will be highly advantageous.
