Roles & Responsibility Job Title: Senior Digital/Performance Marketing Manager

Job Summary: As a Senior Digital/Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online presence, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns, managing cross-functional teams, and utilizing data-driven insights to optimize performance.

1. Digital Strategy and Planning: - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. - Define target audiences, channels, and budgets for campaigns. - Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.

2.Campaign Management: - Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as PPC, SEO, email, social media, and display advertising. - Optimize campaigns based on performance data, ensuring ROI targets are met.

3. Team Leadership: - Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals. - Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align digital marketing efforts with broader marketing strategies.

4.Analytics and Reporting: - Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. - Provide regular reports to leadership on key performance metrics.

5. Budget Management: - Develop and manage digital marketing budgets to achieve business goals. - Monitor and optimize spending to maximize ROI.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with other departments such as sales, product, and creative teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts. - Work closely with agencies and vendors to leverage external expertise.

7. Conversion Optimization: - Implement strategies for improving website and landing page conversion rates. - Conduct A/B testing and other optimization tactics to enhance campaign performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree. - Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing. - Strong understanding of digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. - Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns. - Proficient in using analytics tools and interpreting data to drive decision-making. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Certifications in digital marketing platforms/tools are a plus.

Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Performance Marketing Location : Mumbai (Lower Parel) Working days :5 days Work Mode : Work from office
