Job description
- We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team as a Customer Care Executive.
Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer support by answering questions and solving problems.
- Coordinate with other teams to arrange support for property sites when necessary.
- Help users install the app, register, and log in.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by guests and give solutions.
- Assist property owners in setting up a dashboard for their properties and after-sales support for products
- Coordinate with other teams to arrange support for property sites when necessary.
Eligibility : - 1-2 years of experience in customer support/operations roles.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills and a friendly attitude to build positive relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM software, electricity usage, and dashboards.
- Ability to coordinate, and manage support services and key accounts for customers.
- Help users install the app, register, and log in.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/B. Tech in Electrical related field.
Work Mode : Work from the Office (6 Working days).
Salary : 15000-20000 INR/ Per month
