Role – Manager /Asset finance
Job Requirement: · Managers should have a minimum of 10 + years of experience , asset finance, commercial loans, working capital, and other asset financing processes, Servicing & Administration functions & 5 years of Experience of managing team size of 10+ associates. · Should be handling a team of 50+ FTE’S. ·15 years full time education (No Correspondence) · Should be flexible to work in any shifts. · Good communication skills should be able to clearly articulate. · All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have. · Mode of salary credit should be through bank from all the employers (No cash in hand) Eligibility Criteria: 10+ years of experience in asset finance, commercial loans, working capital, and other asset financing processes, Servicing & Administration functions & 5 years of Experience of managing team size of 10+ associates. - At least 5+ years of Experience in commercial lending, asset finance, working capital finance (Servicing, Credit Ops, etc.); Should possess good financial data information skills and having specialized knowledge of asset and working capital loans, front line, back-office operations. - Responsible for setting up teams, smooth transition and knowledge transfer, regular client management. - Regular Engagement with Key client connect and ensuring Customer Satisfaction. All documents(Experience letter, pay slips, EPFO History, Relieving letter of previous companies)are mandatory. Should have good communication skills. Flexible to work for Night shifts. Minimum 15 years of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation) Graduates through Open Universities / Correspondence graduates need not apply.
