We're looking for Operations Managers to join our team to help us expand on these portfolios. Do you want to be a part of a buzzing war room of a prominent political party for the Lok Sabha polls? We are hiring highly motivated and dynamic individuals ready to take on a key role in election campaigns – spearhead political strategies on the ground and lead campaigns with extensive outreach. We are hiring for : ● Senior Operations Manager (Exp: 3-4 years; Managed Zonal teams) ● Salary up to : 80000/ Month Responsibilities: ● Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research to understand the political sentiments across diverse demographics, geographies, and legislative bodies. ● Collaborate with political stakeholders, including party leaders and workers, offering support, executing central campaigns, and establishing on-ground networks. ● Strategize and execute impactful end-to-end on-ground campaigns, developing detailed work plans for implementation in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. ● Coordinate with various internal teams at Sapiens Research, including digital media, data analytics, strategic research, and operations, to achieve the campaign's goals. Qualification: ● Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed institute. ● Prior experience in Political Consultancy, Public Policy, Journalism, and other related fields. ● Familiarity with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills. ● Proficient in using MS Office tools for creating presentations, plans, and monitoring reports. ● Open to extensive travelling and resettlement for the duration of the project across India. ● Immediate joining is non-negotiable.
