Role Summary: The Sales Engineer will be instrumental in generating new business leads while enhancing their technical understanding of our products and the broader industry landscape. You will be the cornerstone of our sales strategy, leveraging technical knowledge to identify opportunities, engage prospects, and close deals. This position is perfect for a dynamic professional who thrives in environments where they can both expand their technical acumen and apply it directly to targeted sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Proactively identify and cultivate leads through market analysis, professional networking, and leveraging existing relationships.

- Technical Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demos of our products/services, tailored to the specific needs and challenges of potential clients.

- Solution Customization: Collaborate with our engineering team to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.

- Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

- Technical Expertise Growth: Commit to ongoing learning and development to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a deep understanding of our products and the competitive landscape.

- Customer Training & Support: Provide technical training and after-sales support to clients, ensuring a positive customer experience and fostering long-term partnerships.

- Feedback Loop: Serve as a liaison between customers and our product development team, relaying feedback and insights that can inform product enhancements and innovation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

- 3+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or in a technical role with a strong customer engagement component.

- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and drive sales in a technical context.

- Strong technical foundation, with the willingness and ability to grow knowledge in Enterprise XR(Virtual /Augmented /Mixed Reality) Applications.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with all levels of management.
