Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Tele Caller Executive at UpGro Media. The Tele Caller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce them to our services, promoting these services, and scheduling appointments to discuss them in further detail with the sales team. Daily tasks also include identifying and qualifying sales leads, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of all communication.

What You'll Do:

• Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls to potential clients.
• Effectively communicate our products/services and value proposition to prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Skills: Communication, Basic Computer Language: Hindi, English

Job Experience : 01– 02 Years

Salary: 9000 – 12000
