Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and analyze F&B costs, including food, beverage, and operating expenses.
2. Implement cost control measures to optimize profitability without compromising quality.
3. Conduct regular audits of inventory and stock levels to identify discrepancies and minimize waste.
4. Collaborate with F&B management to develop pricing strategies and menu engineering to maximize revenue.
5. Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts related to F&B costs and performance.
6. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience as an F&B Cost Controller or similar role in the hospitality industry.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
4. Knowledge of inventory management software and proficiency in MS Excel.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
