Job Description: Responsibilities: Identify opportunities to engage our customers along their journey with the goal of elevating customer experience, increasing engagement rates. Respond to inbound customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner, and conduct proactive outreach to customers when appropriate across email, phone, and whatsapp. Establish warm and friendly rapport whilst interacting with customers by phone. Build rapport with customers through courteous and professional communications. Work closely with other stakeholders to resolve queries/complaints in a timely manner. Build and maintain our weekly reporting and dashboards for CX. Requirements: Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in an omnichannel customer service position, , preferably in Ed-Tech or HR-Tech industries (keeping track of customer journeys and interacting with customers across channels and platforms) Sense of empathy and strong desire to delight every customer Very strong written and oral communication skills, comfortable on calls with current and future customers Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate meaningful and timely insights Ability to work through ambiguous and subjective situations, including balancing operational efficiency with a sense of what is “right” for the end customer Innovative, scrappy, proactive, and resourceful Bachelor's degree. Need To Have: Passion for resolving problems and creating a world-class support experience for customers. The ability to learn and implement feedback quickly. Ability to work under pressure/fast-paced environment. Should possess a tech-savvy mindset to excel in this role and adapt to evolving technological landscapes. Tolerance for ambiguity: which translates to a get-it-done rather than wait-for-perfection' approach. Iterative problem-solving: This translates to structuring problems and iterating on creative/implementable solutions.
