About The Position Position- Social Media Manager
Experience- 2 Years
Qualifications- 12th Pass / Diploma Holder Salary- 20K to 25K per month ( negotiable as per experience)
Commitment Period- 1 Year
Job Location- B3/ 187, Block B3, Janakpuri, New Delhi, Delhi, 110058
Working days- 6 days a week, with the flexibility to take (any) one day off per week.
Working Timings- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Role & Responsibilities -
- Content Creation: ○ Develop creative and visually appealing content for Instagram and Facebook social media platforms. Shoot Videos/ Reels and Craft engaging posts and images that highlight the bakery products and promotions.
- Social Media Strategy: ○ Plan and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Community Engagement: ○ Foster and nurture a vibrant online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews. Encourage user-generated content and actively engage with followers to build a loyal customer base.
- Campaign Management: Design and implement social media campaigns to promote seasonal offerings, events, and special promotions. ○ Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies for optimal results.
- Brand Consistency: ○ Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual elements across all social media platforms. ○ Uphold and enhance the bakery's brand image through thoughtful and cohesive content.
Requirements - Experience with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva ,Figma) and photo/video editing software.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective social media strategies. (work samples and insights to prove the same.)
- Familiarity with the bakery / Food industry is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using social media analytics tools to track performance and gather insights.
- Utilize data to refine strategies and optimize content for better engagement.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer service.
- Work closely with management to align social media efforts with overall business objectives
