Job description
Qualifications Required: Full time bachelor's degree in Interior Design/ Bachelors in Design/Architecture.
Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in interior designing and handling clients & projects.
Other skills required: Should be proficient in Sketchup, AutoCAD, MS Office, 3D Max, Illustrator, Photoshop or other design software. Good communication and presentation skills, & Project management skills are required.
Job Responsibility: Will work on designing beautiful high-end homes for clients/ commercial spaces. And will undertake design projects from concept to completion. Specific responsibilities are
1. Create & present design presentations, produce 'sample' or 'mood' boards to communicate our design vision to potential customers
2. Understand clients' needs and create design concepts
4. Work with execution teams closely to plan project schedules
5. Supervise preparation of detailed working drawings & plans, with the help of 3D design team
6. Help source products, e.g. fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes, decoration and dressing, and provide samples for clients, wherever required
7. Supervise work at the design stage and on site to ensure work is as per design
8. Keep up to date with new developments in the design industry, research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
9.Set the design standards for the firm, handle client escalations
10. Must be willing to travel extensively in India and abroad for sourcing of furniture/items/materials
Salary Range: Rs.1.5 lakhs per month.
