Role: HR Executive (US Staffing) Location: Uppal, Hyderabad, Telangana, India Work Hours: USA EST Timings (Night Shift)
Role & responsibilities. · Able to fill the internal positions like US IT Recruiters, Bench Sales Recruiters, OPT Recruiters, Account Managers etc · Fill open positions effectively and efficiently. · Prepare and send offer letters to successful candidates. · Negotiate offers with candidates as required. · Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. · Build networks to find qualified passive candidates. · Advise and coach managers about recruitment processes and suitability of candidates for positions. · Make recommendations for process improvements. · Stay up to date on emerging trends and regulations which may impact the organization's talent acquisition program. · Develop and implement the HR roadmap for the business unit working with management. · Review and analyze business metrics for employee retention and experience. Recommend systematic improvements based on data. · Assess business units HR training needs and train them as appropriate. Skills Required. · Minimum Bachelors Degree required · PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE IN US STAFFING INDUSTRY · Experience in hiring for positions like US IT Recruiters, Bench Sales Recruiters, OPT Recruiters, Account Managers etc · Minimum 4 years of working experience. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · High level of interpersonal skills and professionalism to handle sensitive and confidential situations and detailed documentation. · Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. · Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. · Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems. · Should be comfortable working in night shifts. · Should have experience on Indian payroll System. · A bachelor’s degree in human resources or related area.
