Job description

Role: Marketing Manager

Location: Mumbai / Delhi

Responsibilities

 Strategize and organize events with various function heads to enhance

visibility within specific groups, categories, and brands

 Communicate with external/internal stakeholders, managing marketing

communication, and onboarding retailers for mall marketing campaigns

 Develop strategies for retailers to generate revenue and achieve annual

targets

 Take overall responsibility for planning PR and advertising operations to

enhance ArabyAds' image across various media channels

 Keep the target audience informed through newsletters and effectively

use social networking sites for audience engagement

 Explore partnerships with magazines and media channels for

promotion, identifying PR opportunities through Marketing calendar

review

 Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, web ads/PPC, social

media, email marketing, mobile promotions, and online visibility

 Provide creative inputs for marketing collateral, brand building, and PR

ideas

 Write and proofread copy, ensuring brand messaging consistency, and

liaise with designers for high-quality marketing materials

 Maintain and update customer databases from retail partners

 Ensure a strong and consistent brand message across all channels,

coordinating sales and marketing efforts

Qualifications And Skills

 Proven Marketing Manager experience with a focus on event planning,

stakeholder communication, revenue maximization, PR, advertising,

digital marketing, and brand consistency.

 Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional

teams.

 Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing

strategies.

Education And Experience

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with focus on specified

responsibilities.
