With a focus on meticulous craftsmanship, we continue to set new benchmarks in the FMEG sector and deliver superior products that exceed our customers' expectations.Responsibilities:Manage & convert Facebook ad leads, ensuring seamless client communication.Develop & execute comprehensive WhatsApp marketing campaigns.Conduct strategic outbound calls to targeted prospects, securing meetings for sales.Research new markets & clients for product/service expansion.Conduct market research to inform strategic decision-making.Collaborate on creating marketing & sales materials.Partner with sales & marketing to develop & implement business development strategies.Manage customer databases & contact lists for optimal lead nurturing.Participate actively in client meetings & presentations.Provide comprehensive administrative support to the business development team.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree + 2 years' relevant experience.Proven success in lead generation & conversion (social media, outbound calls).Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated team player (independent & collaborative).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & CRM systems.In-depth knowledge of social media advertising, WhatsApp marketing, & outbound calling best practices (a plus).Benefits:Competitive salary & benefits package.Challenging & impactful projects in adynamic & innovative company.Continuous learning & development opportunities.Career advancement possibilities.
