Key Responsibilities:Conduct visits to prospective members' residences in ultra-premium attire, with the essence of sophistication.Present Aleenta’s features and benefits with a persuasive and high-end approach.Maintain a regular presence at Aleenta, VashiEngage with potential members visiting the facility, showcasing its premium amenities.Drive bookings through effective sales techniques and persuasive communication.Complete booking paperwork promptly and hand it over to the MIS Coordinator for processing.Conduct thorough profiling of potential members to understand their preferences and requirements.Seek approval from the CMD (Chairman & Managing Director) before proceeding with the booking process.Demonstrate excellent English communication skills, portraying a sophisticated and polished image.Articulate the unique features of Aleenta with their rapport of rich and elite.Proven experience in high-end sales, preferably in the luxury or premium services sector.Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with affluent clientele.Knowledge of ultra-premium customer service and sales techniques.Willingness to travel for customer visits and maintain a presence at the Aleenta’s site.Proficiency in presenting and conveying complex information in a compelling manner.Approval-seeking and decision-making skills in alignment with Aleenta’s standards.
