Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Account Specialist. The Finance Account Specialist will be responsible for financial statements, analytical skills, finance, accounting, and payroll administration. The role will require a proactive approach to understanding and communicating operational financials, process controls, and business analysis to support management.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing financial statements and establishing budgets
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Payroll administration experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different departments
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in the Animal Health & Nutrition Industry is a plus
