Job Description: FOS - Savings Account (SA), Term Deposit (TD) and Current Account (CA)

Department : Retail Liabilities

Position :- Feet On Street (SA, TD & CA)

Position Purpose
As Feet on Street (FOS) executive for Retail Liabilities (SA, TD & CA) at T&M Consulting , you will be a crucial part of our sales team, responsible for actively engaging with prospective customers and promoting the sales of SA, TD & CA products. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the SA, TD & CA business team.

Educational Qualification
The candidate must hold a Graduate Qualification in any discipline from a university recognized by the Govt. of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE.

Experience
Should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Retail Liabilities (SA & TD) business

Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
• Conduct sales calls and meetings with prospective customers.
• Build rapport, understand customer needs, and present suitable SA, TD & CA products.
Sales Targets:
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for SA, TD & CA products.
• Implement effective sales strategies to maximize business opportunities.
Product Knowledge:
• Stay informed about the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of SA, TD & CA products.
• Clearly communicate product information to customers and address their queries.
Documentation and File Submission:
• Ensure the completion of all required documentation for SA, TD & CA business transaction.
• Timely submission of sales files to the respective stakeholders for further action.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Address customer concerns, provide assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Collaboration with Internal Teams and Indian Bank stakeholders:
• Liaise with internal teams and Indian Bank stakeholders for timely processing and approvals.
• Coordinate with the Team Leader to resolve any issues or challenges in the sales process.
Market Awareness:
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
• Provide feedback to the team regarding market insights and customer preferences.
Other essential activities:
• Provide progress update to Team Leader on a regular basis
• Setting up and attending necessary meetings as laid out in business activities.
• Escalate to Team Leader in case of bottlenecks.
Job specific skills
• Sales executive possessing good communication skills, able to establish sustainable relationships with customers, team members & branch executives.
• Proven success in business of SA, TD & CA Business.
• Good business knowledge of SA, TD & CA products & KYC policies.
• Seeks to understand the firm's culture and values.
• Strong belief in ethical business practices.
• Has established local connections and networks.
• Customer centric, to achieve customer satisfaction.

Other Requirements
Must own a 2-wheeler & driving license

Venue: 1st Floor, Krest Building, No: 2 Jehangir Street, Mannady, Tondiarpet Fort St George Chennai-600001.

Proximity: Near Gvt estate metro station
