Job Responsibilities
To be responsible for production planning and daily work distribution. Should be performing manufacturing practices in the tablets and capsules department. Responsible for updating daily reports, cleaning records, calibration records and log books. To be responsible for the active calculation, dispensing of raw materials and batch reconciliation at various stages. To be responsible for in process checking on various intermediate stages of granulation, compression and coating. Should be able to handle the process of validation batches. To ensure online documentation of production activity on a timely basis. To be responsible for the review of batch manufacturing records and other related documents for the completion of the intermediate and final stages. To prepare and review SOP’s. To be responsible for tracking deviation and change control. Desired Skills Should know effective granulation, compression, coating and various production related activities. Should have good communication and problem solving skills. Should be assertive, proactive and self-driven. Should be assertive, proactive, and self-driven.
