Role We're seeking a creative and passionate Early Childhood Content Creator & Writer to join our vibrant team! You'll be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and writing engaging and educational content for young learners aged [0 to 8 years] across various platforms, including our website, Mobile apps, and social media. You'll also wear the hat of a content creator, bringing your ideas to life visually. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop creative and educational content for early childhood, including articles, blog posts, stories, worksheets, videos, and interactive activities. Ensure that the content aligns with the developmental milestones of children aged 0-8 years. Research and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends, research, and best practices in early childhood education. Integrate innovative and effective teaching methodologies into content development. Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, illustrators, and multimedia specialists to enhance content with visual elements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of content into educational platforms. Quality Assurance: Ensure all content meets high-quality standards in terms of accuracy, age-appropriateness, and educational objectives. Edit and proofread content for clarity, coherence, and grammatical accuracy. Adaptability: Tailor content to suit various learning styles and abilities within the target age group. Adapt content for different platforms, including print, digital media, and interactive online formats. Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from educators, parents, and stakeholders to continually improve and refine content. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, English, or a related field. Minimum 1 year + experience in content creation and writing for early childhood education. Good understanding of child development and early learning theories and educational principles. Strong writing and communication skills. Creativity and the ability to think from a child's perspective. Familiarity with educational standards and curriculum development. Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. . Preferred: Experience in creating multimedia content for children. Knowledge of educational technology tools and platforms.
