Job Description - Senior Executive F&A
- Review of payroll inputs and ensure to run accurate payroll processing and Addressing payroll related queries.
- Analysing monthly payroll costs to ensure accurate accounting. Managing payroll related compliances as per local statutory requirements
- Preparation of monthly analysis reports, MIS and Reconciliations.
- Review of travel and reimbursement related invoices
- Setup and processing of payments to employees and vendors as per timelines.
- Work on continuous improvements and automation.
- Verification of all bills, invoices and vouchers received for compliance with company's policies.
- Payments are processed as per the TAT defined for payment processing.
- Accuracy of Booking of accounts payable transactions as per company's policies and accounting standards.
- Ensure to Get TDS/TCS compliance followed and to pay statutory due within due date.
- Bank Reconciliations/ Bank Payments & Follow ups.
- Manage accounts receivable including revenue recognition in accordance with GAAP, customer billing.
- Responsible for Timely and accurate processing of Customer Invoices under E Invoicing and GST Compliance.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns, including GST, income tax, and other applicable taxes.
Key Requirements Graduates in Accounting disciplines; any Post Graduation will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience working with Indian and US-based companies.
Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI and Income tax compliance.
Basic knowledge of US GAAP and/or experience with US payroll
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VBA)
Hands on experience on Accounting software Zoho and QuickBooks.
Hands on experience with payroll applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, communication/presentation, teamwork, and organizational skills.
