Responsibilities

  • Work closely and collaboratively with your manager and the marketing team to build out our network of Brokers, Landlords, Asset Managers, and Property Managers in the India market.
  • Directly engage in person, over email, and via phone with a network of corporate real estate contacts to introduce them to the Aeria suite of products, secure meetings with your manager, and acquire them as a customer.
  • Work collaboratively with Field Marketing to deploy high value events and own the follow up.

Qualifications

  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • A strong interest in corporate real estate, business and sales
  • A people person, passionate about sharing the story of Aeria with prospective clients
  • The desire to work in a fun, fast-paced environment
  • Motivated by goals, with a strong desire to work hard and not only meet, but exceed targets set for oneself
  • Willingness to learn and become a key contributor to the City team
  • A strong sense of self-motivation
  • The ability to think of creative solutions in the face of opposition
