Infinitude is one of the leading Quantity surveying and cost management consultancy. We provide wide range of services comprising quantity surveying and cost management at pre and post tender stage for international clientele.
Responsibilities We are currently looking for a Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor for Pune location. The successful candidate(s) will support team in generating utmost quality output for our clients. Skills required for the successful candidate will include: Quantity Take-off and Preparation of detailed Bill of Quantities as per International standards. Familiar with International code of measurement like SMM7, ARM4, NRM. Proficiency in working with CostX, MS Excel and relevant software. Prior working experience on AutoCAD, Bluebeam, BIM would be added advantage. Should have experience in QS activities for residential and commercial project. Well conversant with detailed specification of items as per drawings Skills to work as part of team. Qualifications B.E. / B.Tech. or Diploma in Civil Engineering or any quantity surveying course from accredited institute. Must have experience of working on international projects for quantification & BOQ preparation. Experience required Assistant QS - minimum of 1 years QS - 3-6 yearsJob tags
