We are currently looking for excellent Desktop Support engineer/ Technical Support Engineer who must have a good technical knowledge and able to communicate effectively, Also he/ she can provide fast and useful technical assistance on hardware, networking.
Roles and Responsibilities-
To provide support on all client configuration issues like email, profiles, passwords, installation / uninstallation / upgrade / downgrade of software / device drivers, system and software configuration, LAN / network configuration (of PC / Laptop / user devices), mobile configuration, interfacing with OEM / ISV etc.
To provide Support on all user calls like PC and Printer Configuration, mail configuration, proxy and AD setting configuration, installing, uninstalling and reinstalling software, handling PST, backups and restoration on user request.
To provide Support to the branch users remotely / onsite
To provide VIP/ Premium support to senior management by physical visit.
To strictly follow the client's IT Security Policy in all respects.
To coordinate with the third party vendors of the client for call logging, license installation, certificate configuration, escalations, AMC/ Warranty, follow ups etc.
To coordinate with the third party vendors of the client for in case of any planned/ unplanned activity to be carried out, and monitor the activity until completion.
Requirements-

• Ability to diagnosis and resolve the basic technical issue
