Roles & Responsibilities

Job Type: Part-Time with possibility of moving to full-time

Location: (Remote Work Available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies for both brands, tailored to distinct target markets.
• Manage and optimize the use of Dripify.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay.io for maximum brand exposure, lead generation and engagement.
• Organically engage with B2B decision-makers directly (one-on-one) and through LinkedIn Groups for engaging and lead generation
• Help to create a content calendar, and regularly post and update content, including weekly blogs (from already written on topics from the content calendar), to boost brand visibility and audience interaction.
• Create and manage an overarching LinkedIn newsletter incorporating blog content, aligning with brand messaging.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies for better results.
• Keep abreast of latest social media trends and technologies, applying them to our platforms.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness in social media initiatives.

• Intermediate level experience in social media management, with a focus on B2B engagement.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn and social media management tools like Dripify.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay.io.
• Sound written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for engaging thumbnail and short content, generating interest in our content.
• Competency in interpreting social media analytics to inform strategy.
• Creative, analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• High level of reliability with excellent remote reporting skills.
