Role Responsibility
Account Manager
- Weekly visiting the existing accounts
- Keeps all the stakeholders happy
- Liaison between the college and management
- Addresses customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible
- To develop and maintain strong relationships
Marketing and Business Development - IR Role
- Identify new colleges/universities
- Ecosystem mapping
- Growth opportunities/Cross Selling
- Idea generation
- Lead generation
- Strategic Partnership Management
Payment Follow-Up
- Collect a database from the college with the name, email id and Mobile number
- Update in 1A database by creating new can id
- Send a request to the Accounts team to add it in 2A fees
- Send a request to Accounts team to raise the invoice
- After receiving the invoice, submit the same in college and take the acknowledgement
- From the date of invoice, 45 days to collect the invoice amount
Student Relationship
1. Ensure all the below activities are met:
a) Industry/Alumni Connect – Monthly
b) Student Feedback Session – Monthly
c) LMS Orientation - Quarterly / Half yearly,
d) IMA / CMA Orientation - One time - (At new program launch)
e) CMA Examination Guidance - Monthly
2. SR Calls to be done monthly once
3. Ensuring all the books/access are received on a timely basis
4. Ensuring students take up at least 1 part before graduating.
5. Improve the Pass Percentage within the college
6. Placement Rate
Reporting IR Role
- Plan for the week
- Morning & Evening Calls for BDs
- Data Management (EWB, Inventory Request, LMS Access, Petty Cash etc…)
- Monthly or Quarterly Reports to be sent to the College
