Job description
- You will join a skilled development team in the field of Digital IP packaging and SoC assembly tool framework, collaborating with both internal and external customers to deliver industry-ready features
- As the Manager, you will supervise the daily operations of the local team and ensure timely delivery of software products/features
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the computer software industry, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of driving success
Education: BE / B. Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics with 10+ Years of relevant experience and at least 3 years of management experience.
Responsibilities: - Manage and develop a highly skilled team to ensure the successful delivery of software products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute project goals
Technology Specific skills:
- Understand Digital IP with a focus on HDL (verilog and systemverilog) language modelling
- Understand modelling of Design Constraints (Synopsys Design Constraints)
Technical Attributes :
- Leadership qualities to motivate and align multi-member software team towards business goals and priorities
- Sound in C/C++ and TCL programming languages
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Exposure to Valgrind and debugging with GDB
Personal Attributes
