Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team as a Campaign Specialist. The Campaign Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels to drive engagement, generate leads, and support overall business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and other relevant channels.
- Set up and manage campaign workflows, including scheduling, segmentation, targeting, and tracking.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize campaign elements such as subject lines, ad copy, visuals, and CTAs.
- Assist in the development of marketing automation workflows and processes to streamline campaign execution and lead nurturing.
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics,WebTrends etc.)
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
- Strong awareness of Google Algorithm Updates
- Develop and implement link building strategy.
Qualifications:
- · Minimum 2 year to 3 years proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- · Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- · Excellent written and verbal communication skills
