Job Title: Manager, APAC Marketing & Commercial Excellence

Location: Bangalore, India

Reporting to: Chief of Staff and Head Strategy

Job Description:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing and commercial plans aligning with business goals.

- Lead marketing strategies to boost growth, market share, and brand awareness.

- Responsible for gathering competitive intelligence, market trends, CRM customer segmentation, and effective GTM strategies.

- Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and other stakeholders.

- Anticipate change and identify future opportunities.

- Manage a small team, guiding marketing and commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee marketing strategy, focusing on data analysis and review, mainly outside India (China, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia).

- Regular regional travel, approximately once a month.

- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.

- Potentially manage 1-2 reports after six months.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in business, strategic marketing, and commercial operations.

- Master's Degree preferred.

- Mid-30s age group.

- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in developing and managing strategies.

- Exceptional communication skills, capable of working across multiple countries and markets.

- Passion for regional travel, with at least 50% desk-bound work for data and analytics.

- Potential to receive an assistant role within 6 months based on performance.

- Expected to travel 1-2 times a month.

- 60-70% of time dedicated to marketing strategy, primarily focused on regions outside India.
