Hands-On Responsibilities:
The selected candidates may expect exposure of the following work responsibilities:
- Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our email subscriber base.
- Utilize LinkedIn as a platform for lead generation, networking, and building professional relationships.
- Build and maintain LinkedIn profiles that represent our brand and attract potential leads.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and develop effective email and LinkedIn marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and content marketing, to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in email and LinkedIn marketing.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools (such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot).
- Proficient in using LinkedIn as a lead generation tool, with knowledge of LinkedIn marketing features.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing marketing trends and technologies.
- Highly goal-oriented and driven to achieve measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
