Job Description:

As a WordPress Developer at Pearlpick Ventures, you will play a key role in the development and maintenance of WordPress-based websites. You will be responsible for various aspects of WordPress development, including the following:

Responsibilities:

1. Website Development: Develop and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring their functionality, responsiveness, and overall performance.

2. Formidable Forms: Create and customize forms on WordPress websites using plugins like Formidable Forms.

3. Plugin Integration: Install and configure plugins to enhance website features and functionality.

4. Membership-Based Logins: Implement and manage membership and user login systems using plugins like Ultimate Member Plugins.

5. SMTP-Mail Integration: Set up and configure SMTP for reliable email delivery and integration with contact forms and other email-related functionality.

6. cPanel Management: Work with cPanel to manage server-related tasks, such as domain management, database setup, and file management.

7. Debugging: Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, issues, and errors on WordPress websites to ensure smooth functionality.

8. Malware Detection and Removal: Conduct security scans and implement malware detection and removal measures to safeguard websites.

9. Site Optimization: Optimize websites for speed and performance.

10. JavaScript, HTML, and CSS: Develop front-end technologies.

11. Site Deployment: Deploy websites to live servers and ensure a seamless transition from development to production.

12. Cloud cPanel: Familiarity with cloud hosting platforms and cPanel management for cloud-based hosting solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a WordPress Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing WordPress projects.

2. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.

3. Experience in working with WordPress themes and plugins.

4. Knowledge of membership and user management plugins.

5. Familiarity with cPanel and cloud hosting platforms.

6. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

8. Excellent communication and time management skills.
