Designation: HR Talent Acquisition- RPO

Role: IT Recruitment

Location: Noida (Client site)

Salary: fixed salary + incentives

Client: Fortune 500 company

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Creatively build and maintain long-term client and candidate relationships by delivering high-level consultative solution-based recruiting services throughout a full-cycle recruiting process.
  • Direct client interaction with the onshore team.
  • As an RPO Recruiter, you'll create job descriptions and interview guides for each new position with current and new clients.
  • Source, screen, and interview IT and non-IT candidates to identify the best talent for our clients.
  • Reviewing resumes, interviewing, and presenting the best-matched candidates that meet client standards.
  • Sharing the requirements with the backend team.
  • Partnering with our clients to recruit top-notch talent by utilizing technologies, including access to multiple job boards, LinkedIn, and many other tools.
  • Ensure workflow standards are met and maximize the use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Requirements:

  • 1+ years of IT and Non-IT Recruitment experience
  • Graduate (preferably tech background)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Aptitude to recruit for a broad and niche range of positions.
  • Team player with good time-management skills.
  • Adaptable and able to manage change
  • Excellent MS Office skills will be an advantage
