Job Overview We are hiring a Sheet Metal Production Engineer to join our team at Rima Machines Pvt Ltd. As a Sheet Metal Production Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of sheet metal components and ensuring efficiency and quality in the manufacturing process. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is full-time and located in Sachin, Gujarat, India.
Qualifications And Skills - 4 to 6 years of experience in sheet metal production
- Knowledge of laser cutting machines and programming
- Strong technical drawing interpretation skills
- Experience in fabrication and metalworking processes
- Ability to handle and lead a team
- Familiarity with manpower planning and scheduling
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Roles And Responsibilities - Oversee the production of sheet metal components according to specifications
- Ensure that all production processes are efficient and meet quality standards
- Optimize production workflow to maximize productivity
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process
- Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to ensure accurate interpretation of technical drawings
- Supervise and train production operators
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures
