Qualification: Diploma/BE Mechanical with VMC programming course
Experience: minimum 2 years in VMC Programming of Precision mould making
Department: Toolroom
Job description:
To make VMC programming of precision moulds
To make programme sheets & electrode drawings for sparking
To understand the 2d & 3d drawings of components
Able to design electrodes as per the models
Able to interact with designer & diemaker in mould manufacturing process to achieve the desired out put from VMC
Key Skills required:
Thorough knowledge of VMC Programming
Thorough knowledge of 3D & 2d for machining
Knowledge of using measuring instruments
Good communication skills to interact within the departments
Expected System Knowledge:
Programmer in Top Solid software will be first preferance. Any other VMC programming experience also can be considered
