About Us

DataBeat, a specialist in the Media and Analytics space, provides managed services for Publishers (typically news websites that make revenue from advertising) and Ad Tech to increase their revenue and audience. Digital advertising is data-intensive and we believe in data-based decision making and problem-solving to excel in various functions.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Communication/ Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our internal and external communication strategies while also overseeing various client and internal program management activities. The successful candidate will have 6-8 years of relevant experience and a strong ability to lead, coach, and support teams to achieve their communication and program management goals.

Key Responsibilities

Communication Coaching:

  • Provide coaching and guidance to teams on effective communication strategies, including written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and interpersonal communication.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions to improve communication skills across both BUs (Media amp; Analytics).
  • Collaborate with team members to identify communication challenges and implement solutions.

Program Management

  • Oversee client program management activities, including utilization reports, account scoring, and project tracking.
  • Ensure program milestones and objectives are met on time and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and manage client-related issues effectively.

Support Core Team Initiatives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the planning and execution of core company initiatives.
  • Provide program management expertise to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between different teams to facilitate communication and coordination.

Reporting And Analysis

  • Generate and analyze utilization reports and other related metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client performance and communication effectiveness to the core team.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders.
  • Working closely with leads to ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs and maintaining open lines of communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in communication coaching, client management, or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client-focused and results-oriented mindset.
