Role: Project Manager
Exp level: 10-12 years

• Proven experience as a Project Manager managing multiple projects
• Direct experience of working in a structured project environment
• Delivery of projects in an IT business environment
• Demonstrable business and financial understanding
• Effective communication (verbal, written, listening) presentation and management reporting skills
• Personal drive, highly self-motivated and self-organised
• Excellent team player and ability to work in an international team
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Demonstrable ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly
Desirable skills:
• Experience in business transformation is desirable
• Knowledge of I T stack build and OSS structure
• APM (Association for Project Management), PRINCE2, Agile or other industry recognised project management qualification
• Worked in a virtual team across various time zones and geographies
• Worked in a Telco, IT or Technology transformation organisations
• Up to speed on latest industry and market developments & technology

Experience in Data Migration.
'A. Manage projects end to end projects independently from inception through to handover to business
B. Performance Targets to meet - Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Risks and Issues
C. Develop, streamline, and nurture key relationships with project stakeholders
D. Develop and manage project plans, resources plan, RAIDs, schedules to monitor all activities with the adherence to governance process & Colt standards
E. Drive project execution; track delivery; monitor and control change, own change management; pro-actively seek and resolve blockers
F. Experience in Data Migration
G. Experience in Customer migration across various IT systems
H.Telecom Product experience like Ethernet, IP Access, IPVPN, Wave, SDWAN, Security, Voice etc.'

Role: Senior Project Manager
Exp level: 10-12 years
Location: Any Infosys Location
Required skills: Project Manager - Agile , Azure Devops Awareness, Fiancial tracking ,IT Procurement experience
Strong technical background, financial tracking fluency, some sort of Project Management certificate, Agile ideally, and Azure DevOps awareness is much desirable, at least in one of the profiles is mandatory.
